REFUND & RETURN POLICY

HUDSON VALLEY CANDLES, LLC reserves the right to inspect and approve any and all ‘RETURNS’, ‘DAMAGES AND ISSUES’, ‘EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS’, ‘EXCHANGES’, and ‘REFUNDS’.

RETURNS

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to make a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in original packaging. Products that have been used or lit are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

To start a return or for any return or refund questions, you can contact us at rebecca@hudsonvalleycandles.com and we will direct you from there. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at rebecca@hudsonvalleycandles.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your name, order number, and details of any damage or issue in your email.

EXECPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our PACKAGE candle orders (products) or personalized items. Please get in touch with us at rebecca@hudsonvalleycandles.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not allowed. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
